Hatching eggs agreement 

Please read and agree before purchase please.

THE SELLER MAKES NO GUARANTEES AS TO THE HATCH RATE OF ANY EGGS RECEIVED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OF THE SELLER’S CONTROL, INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS, WEATHER, FERTILIZATION, AND INCUBATION PROCEDURES.

This means that even though fertility and hatch rates on our farm are very high, the factors listed above can lead to significantly lower (and sometimes 0%) hatch rates. In general, a 50% hatch rate is considered a successful hatch on transported eggs in the industry. The Buyer understands and accepts this risk when purchasing eggs from the Seller.

THE SELLER ALSO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SEX OF ANY CHICKS HATCHED. Generally, around 50% of the offspring will be male and 50% will be female. However, there is the possibility that a hatch may result in predominately male or predominately female chicks. The Buyer will make sure that they have a plan for any male chicks that hatch.

Although the Seller carefully breeds toward the Standard of Perfection, the Seller makes no guarantees as to the quality, color, or egg-laying color of any hatched chick(s) at maturity. Most chicks will grow up to be great pet-quality chickens.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products being provide, chicks and fertilized eggs, and the unknowns regarding these products, we cannot, unfortunately, offer refunds, and all sales are final.
